1. No Fixed Rates <4.50%
2. Loan Amount 100,000 to 484,350
3. CLTV <80% for all states
4. Must be employed/self employed and full doc
5. Fico Score 620 and above
6. Bankruptcies discharged > 1 Year
7. No Foreclosures and if had a foreclosure it should have been discharged > 1 Year
8. Defaults > 1 Year
9. Last Refinance must wait 6 Months
10. Length of residency > 1 Year
11. One (1) 30 day late in the last 12 months allowed as long as it is not current or outstanding
12. Primary Ownership Required.
