Qualifying Criteria For Mortgage Purchase Live Transfers

1. Minimum Loan Amount -> $100,000.
2. Minimum Fixed Rate of Interest -> 4% Fixed Interest Rate.
3. Address of The Property: The address of the property should have been located.
4. Minimum Adjustable Rate of Interest -> Any Adjustable Interest Rate.
5. States -> Nationwide/ Single State (Price Differs).
6. Credit Rating -> Good or Excellent
7. Language -> English Only.
8. Closing Cost -> The Customer should be able to afford the closing cost to the Loan.
9. Bankruptcy and Foreclosure -> The customer should have not filed for a Bankruptcy or Foreclosure in the past 12 Months
10. LTV should be 85 or Below.
